Returns & Refunds
30-day returns
- You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, send us a message through our contact form with your order number. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Damaged, defective or not as described
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number; we may ask for a photo. We cover the return shipping, or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Other returns
For returns that aren't due to a problem with the item, you pay the return shipping.
Refunds
- We issue your refund within 5 business days after we receive the return.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
- Since shipping is free, there is no shipping charge to refund or deduct.
Cancelling an order
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been handed to the carrier yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.
